OUR SERVICES – Our aim at Garden Gym is to provide the most comprehensive customer service possible, beginning with the first point of contact and continuing throughout the project design, delivery, installation, commissioning, instruction and maintenance.

  1. Selection of Equipment:  Garden Gym Customers have unlimited options to customise and design their Outdoor Gym in keeping with their fitness goals, budget and site constraints.. We currently have a very comprehensive range of fitness equipments to choose from with new models constantly under development. The equipments are equally effective whether installed in a group in a confined exercise area or spread out along a fitness trail.

  2. Design and Layout:  Each community has distinctive requirements. We are available to discuss each piece of equipment and its exercise values. Following initial discussions, we will visit the site and provide you with design layout, which can be discussed and modified as per your requirement. Garden Gym will then provide delivery and installation schedules etc after confirming the cost of your new outdoor gym.

  3. Delivery:  Ready stock available. The outdoor gym equipment will be delivered from Garden Gym stores directly to your desired location. Fitting will usually commence on the same day of delivery so that there should be no requirement for long-term storage facilities. The Customer is responsible for site security during installation period.

  4. Site Preparation:  All equipments are ideally suited for the widest range of locations and surfaces. A Garden Gym representative will advise on all requirements regarding the actual site preparation, surfaces and finish. Charges for Site Preparation are not included in equipments cost and Garden Gym will / may provide separate quote for site preparation and carry out the whole development with the choice of surfaces being dictated by customer’s budget and on customer request.

  5. Installation:  To comply with warranty Terms and Conditions, it is recommended that Garden Gym authorised and approved fitters, install the equipments. This will require four to six days on-site, depending on actual site requirements, number of pieces etc. The installation costs will vary according to the site preparation required, materials supplied and the number of machines. We will quote for all work as requested at time of purchase.

  6. Instruction:  All Garden Gym outdoor gym equipments are simple to use and require minimal instruction or practice. Our instructor can demonstrate the correct usage of each piece of equipment to the customer on completion of the installation.

  7. Maintenance/Service:  Our equipments are extremely sturdy and weather resistant and require minimal maintenance/repairs. The customer should regularly visually inspect the equipment for operator damage; loose nuts etc. and take appropriate action. Garden Gym will carry out the first year service, free-of-charge, approximately after every three months after initial installation. Thereafter annual service is highly recommended and is also be mandatory for warranty purposes. Garden Gym will arrange annual service and provide appropriate spare parts at very reasonable rates on customer request and requirement.

  8. Future Commitments:  Garden Gym staffs are available at all times to assist the customer or user in every way. Customer will keep us informed of any new developments / change in the fitness arena. Garden Gym will supply, install, upgrade and repair machines as necessary and on request. We can also provide further instructions to both customers and users and will carry out annual service for the duration of service contracts.
